Client snapshot
- Location: Austin, TX
- Primary goal: increase new client bookings
- Constraints: small team, limited content bandwidth
The problem
Greenfield had a dated website, inconsistent business information across directories, and almost no review velocity. They were stuck on page 3–4 for “vet near me” and losing clients to a competitor nearby.
What we changed (week 1–2)
- Google Business Profile: categories, services, photos, and messaging.
- Citation cleanup: fixed NAP consistency across top directories.
- Website: redesigned hero section + booking CTA for mobile.
Content + conversion upgrades (week 3–6)
- Created dedicated pages for urgent care, vaccines, and spay/neuter.
- Added FAQs based on real call transcripts to match search intent.
- Implemented a review request flow: SMS → Google link → follow-up.
Results (week 7–8)
- #1 in the map pack for the primary keyword cluster
- +40% new bookings (tracked via call + booking link)
- Reviews/month increased from 3 → 18
What made the difference
The big lift came from combining GBP relevance + review velocity + service page intent matching. Rankings improved, but conversion improved too — which is why bookings climbed.
